Request by my reader here is my Slic3r setting that I use with Repetier-Host
Repetier-Hosthttp://reprap.org/wiki/Repetier-Host
This is what I used to print this:
Slic3r Setting, only for the important stuff
Layer And Perimeters:
Infill
Speed
Advanced
last but not least my Extruder setting, this you need to probably fine tune to your printer

Its printing lot better now! I did the same test as you. It was worse than yours before you tune the software. Now with your settings it is like your tune print on the same test awesome!! Thanks
Not use to Repetier-Host so I went back to pronter for now till I get use to it. Repetier-Host is very nice software I’ll play with it more and see how it go. Thanks again

Repetier-Host is quite memory hungry program it better to use pronter, but if you just using it for generating g-code and printing using lcd it does not matter anyway :), my setting still can be fine tuned but for now I’m happy with the result

I’ll print some more and get to know the machine better
Oh and not sure why my bed keep needing leveling after a few prints. Do yous do the same before you went to auto leveling? I’m thinking may be my end stops are slightly out. sometimes it won’t home right, I may try take the lever off the stops it looks like its bending a little bit when it homes.

that normal because of the pcb heating bed, pcb warp when heated

I’ve notice somethimes when it prints I can hear clicking from the E motor up on close look it seem to be not able to push it down. first I think maybe its too close to the bed but still does it. How far off the bed when its home do you have yours at?

normal rules apply 1 paper thickness, if your Extruder can’t extrude filament mean the nozzle is to close to the bed and blocked
